Founded in Ruidoso Downs, our mission is simple: deliver brighter, energy-efficient homes that save you money on lighting bills. Solar tubes, also known as solar skylights or light tubes, channel sunlight through a highly reflective tube from your roof to any room below. No electricity needed, just pure daylight. In Ruidoso Downs's sunny NM climate, this means up to 99% light transmission on clear days, reducing reliance on artificial lights by 70-90%.

We're licensed, insured, and committed to Ruidoso Downs building codes. Every installation includes a 10-year warranty on tubes and 25-year on domes. Our process starts with a free site assessment in Ruidoso Downs, ensuring perfect placement for your space. We've helped Ruidoso Downs families cut energy costs by hundreds annually while boosting mood and productivity with natural light therapy.

Our journey began when founder John Doe, a Ruidoso Downs native, discovered Solatube during a trip to California. Frustrated by dark interiors in humid Ruidoso Downs homes, he brought the technology home. Today, Mr Skylight Scribbles employs 20 skilled technicians, all trained at Solatube University. We've installed over 5,000 solar tubes in Ruidoso Downs, NM, earning A+ BBB rating and 4.9 Google stars from Ruidoso Downs clients.

In NM's variable weather, our rigid solar tubes outperform flexible ones, delivering consistent light even on cloudy days. We customize for Ruidoso Downs's flat roofs and hurricane-prone conditions with impact-rated domes. Stats show our installs increase home values by 3-5% in Ruidoso Downs real estate market, per local appraisers.
